Being in a bad marriage is like being held down in water by a cruel person, you can't get air and know that if you stay under you will drown, you can see the air just in front of you,but you can't breathe it because someone is holding you down.Sometimes they will let you go to catch a breath before they push you under again, as much as you hate and are afraid of that person part of you loves them dearly for allowing you to get a chance to breathe a little. They will keep holding you down untill you die. That is what my marriage to my ex-husband was like anyway, he was a cruel and evil man.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP LIKE THAT. I for sure wouldn't!!!! My marriage is very good, we always communicate with each other. We also try to go out in a date at least ounce a month. It does us good! I notice in a lot of marriage's There life's are to busy for what ever reason and little by little before they know it it's over. My main thing also is ounce they start to have children they put them first instead of there mate. I myself believe you should always communicate!! Always have time for each other no matter what... The kids sooner or later are gonna grow up and leave the nest then what will be left if during all that time you lost each other in the mi-dds of all does years. Communication and love is the best remedy for a marriage to work...

I suppose it would be like that. I can picture it now...getting a new set of tires...driving down the road and one of the wheels falls right off! Catches you totally off guard, you crash into the median, call the tow truck, they tow it back to your house where you attempt to fix it. Then you get it back on the road and you lose the exhaust system. Since the car is still running, you keep going and all of a sudden the check engine light comes on...but it's still running, so you continue on and then it comes to a screaching hault because you've seized the engine.

Yup...totally see your point. Good analogy.
