Not necessarily. It depends on the situation. Romance novels will tell you that a woman always feels every detail exquisitely, but this is definitely not always the case. It is completely normal to not feel the ejaculate.

Depends on quantity and force of release. If not at time of ejaculation, definitely after the fact.

Most women do not feel sperm shooting out, but all men's penis' spasm and quiver when they ejaculate. The spasming is what you should feel, not the shooting of the sperm.
