What???

I think you mean banned.Different societies around the world have different views on this but in Britain only light work for teenagers(paper rounds some shop work are all limited by the number of hours) until they have completed their education is allowed and for good reason. In the past this was very different,Victorian Britain was awash with child labour from making children climb through chimney's to remove soot running under machinery at local mills to ensure that they were constantly running to prostitution. All at some point were stopped by acts of Parliament other acts ensured that they were educated and received health care, once a luxury of the rich.that brings us up to today but who knows what other decisions will be made on their behalf now that we have an enforced wage rate for 16 year olds perhaps it could be extended to part time child labour (13-16) there is nothing easy about paper rounds today maybe we should give them the respect they deserve.

Sorry, I do not understand your question.
If it's about child labour, of course it is against Human Rights.

I feel children should not work , period, ever, ever. Because of the wording in your question though I am not sure what you are asking.
