Im constantly picking rows with my partner and i dont know how to stop it. Ive recently undergone major surgery and its left me feeling vulnerable and insecure. When we row, i end up leaving cos i feel so awful for causing these rows and i can sense he needs his space. We always end up back together. He obviously really loves me.What can i do to stop this behaviour before i end up possibly losing the man i truly love??

the first major step to this is trust - talk to your other half
secondly he does love you more then you think he does you mean the world to him do not shut him out tell him your feeling and thoughts and then talk together and find out a way to work towards an answer to the problem cause one person with out the other one is missible so please trust him and tell him
I hope it works out for both of ya.

fights often stem from bigger issues that neither of you are addressing, or stresses outside of the relationship that you're taking out on eachother, or insecurities. maybe take up a hobby you love to do so each of you gets alone time & you may feel positive & refreshed when you meet again. good luck to you-

Get some real help counseling .. .get to the bottom of it not just the surface... it will only get worse and one day he may not come back.. sounds like there must be some underlying cause.. good luck to you glad you are reaching out.. don't wait ....

Sit and discuss with your partner how you feel/feeling...You have to get it out in the open before it tears you and your partner apart.

do what you would want him to do if the role was reversed.talk to him and let him know what is going on with you, before it is to late.
