Take a can of tuna and pound a nail through the lid. Open it up leaving the lid partially attached and remove the tuna. Put a shoestring though the hole for a wick and fill with corn oil.

Take an empty can of the size you want. Wash it throughly-- fill with water, freeze solid. Mark with sharpie pen a pattern you want on the can. Use small hammer and a nail-- puncture the can on the design marks-- refreeze as needed. When finished, let the ice melt-- place a candle in the can-- TA DA!
