example if the stone has a string in upper and lower of the stone then i pull the string below steadily the upper string will break while the other if i pull the string faster the lower string will break... what is the explanation of that

In a perfect situation, there shouldn't be a difference. The string will always break in a place where the tension in the string exceeds the tensile strength of the rope in a given place.

If the experiment was conpletely the same, it would always snap in the same place, at the same tenion. Now, if things were done differently, for example holding the rope in a way as to increase the tenisle strength of that rope, it would affect it.

Example, shorter strings have a higher tensile strength (fewer places to snap). If you held the lower rope in the middle, most likely the upper rope would snap and vice versa.

This is probably the best explanation for what you are seeing.

When you pull the string stress develops & Breaking os string occurs when this reaches a certain max value called as "Breaking Stress" If you pull string steadily the lower string remains more or less unifom & stress develops in all parts equally (of lower string) where as at same time in upper string somwhere breaking stress developes Also weight of stone helps in this & string breaks, while you pull rapidly the breaking stress in lower string faster than in upper. Thus the explanation goes.

When you pull steadily the force applied to the upper string is pulling force + weight of stone.Thus brake the upper string.When you pull the lower string faster the lower string brake due to inertia of the stone.
