usually when i press this key combination it closes the window, but somehow it doesn't work when the browser is on yahoo answers. how do they do this? with html? i'd like to incorporate it into my site.

Sure it will. Just press and hold the all key, then look in the top row for the F4 key. Press that. Internet Explorer will close. Not Yahoo answers. You're controlling Internet Explorer, Not Yahoo Answers.

Works for me (just did it). Some keyboards have a F-Lock key. Try that first.
