I feel anxiety when I'm doing dishes. it is not necessarily caused by your surroundings. It could be chemical, or something like that. My cousin had to go on medication for hers, but she is doing so so so great now. Every aspect of her life was improved. Her anxiety was not overwhelming all of the time, but it was always there.at least enough to give her that feeling in the stomach. There are also exercises you can do to help. Talk to your doctor if it is keeping you from living the way you want to live.

Sweetie I fight anxiety almost daily and for weird reasons that don't make sense. I get nervous just leaving the house or having to make a phone call. Prayer helps and I would also see your doctor mine was a blessing to me because he prescribed meds that have been a lifesaver. Also, if you drink caffeine I would stop that makes things worse. I have had anxiety problems ever since I was little and I think I had my first attack when I was seven! But I trust in God to help and He always brings me through and is right there with me just like He is with you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS PROBLEM THAT IS A LIE! I know that talking about our problems helps and feeling like we are the only ones with a particular problem is an aweful feeling. Find an adult you can trust to talk to. Phillipians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
