Ok - this is a long answer but I had to search around cause I had no idea - something has to work out of all of these so don't despair :o) I have never heard of deoderants causing darkness under the arms but I did just read that chemicals or strong fragrance deoderants actually can cause this. I use Secret gel and I do not have any problems at all - find one for sensitive skin. You may want to switch to a clear gel deoderant or spray if you think this is the cause but I don't think so. It is more likely from the hair follicles under the skin and shaving there. Waxing the area - instead of shaving would help that problem since it pulls the hairs out at the roots. Okay - all my suggestions are spaced out so I am just going to list them here and then you can read more about what I wrote below if you want:
wax armpits - do not shave or use hair remover creams
apply lemon juice - I read that this works
exfoliate with a pumic stone and exfoliating scrub
try glycolic acid body wash or cream
switch to a clear gel or spray deoderant - stop using the one you use
use concealer if they don't get lighter in time
see a dermatologist at last resort
use anti-fungal powder under arms and do not use anti-perspirant
See this:
Q: Hello, Is there any other way to get rid of the dark colour of underarms except doing regular waxing? Or if doing regular waxing, How long will it take to regrain the dark colour to its natural colour? I realy need help please reply, thanks
A: It is best if you wax your underarms regularly. Underarms generally look dark due to thick hair under the skin, caused by shaving. Waxing removes hair from the root, so there is no hair under the skin, and the underarms look clean. Also, regular waxing reduces hair growth over a period of time. How long it takes differs from person to person. Often, as soon as you wax for the first time after shaving for a long time, your underarms look much cleaner and lighter. This is because the hair is a lot thicker, so the wax gets a good grip and pulls it all out. There are chances your armpits may bleed very slightly, so don't get unduly worried if this happens.
They sell glycolic acid which can lighten skin but has been shown recently to cause some kind of problem - can't remember what so you may want to find out about that first. I would do this as a last resort. Try the other things first and then I would always see a dr before using any acid treatments, lighteners, etc.
You may want to exfoliate - Bliss Spa sells the best ones and is sold in major dept stores or online. You should exfoliate all over to get rid of dead skin cells 2-4 times a week. And if you use a pumice stone, that would help even more!! If exfoliating does not work , talk to dermatologist to get a script for glycolic acid which would be stronger than OTC ones. Bliss may have one or Freeze 24/7 which is sold at Bath and Body Works. I am not sure how fast you are supposed to see results though. I did read that you should not use hair remover cream in these areas as those can cause darkness.
If nothing works by next week -- don't worry. You could touch up that area with some concealer for the body - check out ULTA.com or the store or go to a dept store and ask Bobbi Brown or one of those makeup counters what you can use - they do sell these things. That may be your best bet for next week since I don't think any option would work within 2 weeks. I am sure everyone will be looking at you dance - not at your armpits too - don't worry. :o)

Homemade skin whitening products are by far the cheapest and safest solution to the brown spots which trouble you so much. Read here https://tinyurl.im/aHLUI
They are very effective and at the same nurture the skin, so that you will not only have a whiter skin, but a healthier one too.
Each and every person wants a clean and radiant skin. Some spend fortunes on cosmetic products that will lighten the skin and remove all the imperfections, others spend their money on esthetic operations in the hope that their skin will look perfect. Lastly, there are people trying to fake a healthy skin by using all kinds of makeup that will cover the imperfections and leave the impression that the skin is healthy and has no scars, wrinkles or spots.
All these people are looking for a way through which they can make their skin look good. Yet, what they have not taken into consideration is the power of natural ingredients. Fruits, vegetables and products coming from animals are great sources of anti-oxidants and are rich in substances which can whiten the skin, moisturize it, attenuate the fine lines and wrinkles and give it elasticity.

You can try it: it will definately exfoliate your skin, but a change in pigmentation is not what you will get. For that you need chemicals and those are always dangerous to your health. Third option (I do not know your skin condition obviously, you could have scars or something else): For scars you could get a (chemical) peeling. But then you'll have to keep em out of the sun for 6 months. Fourth: If you have something else a dermatologist might know how to tackle it. Edit: is this about HAIR?! ;o :) Hairy sucks. If I were you I'd make an appointment at a beautician and she can wax it for ya. It only hurts for like 1/3rd of a second, when she rips the strips of. Later (when ur rich :) )you could have em removed with laser. Oh yeah if ur white/ very light coloured: you can bleach the hairs. Edit2: Better leave it like that then or use some bronzing products? U could apply those to you upper arms and other parts so that they become somewhat darker... You might also want to go hunting for some lovely bracelets and rings, to draw attention away from it.

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/LNz73
