Your booger or the laptop? I don't recommend rinsing your laptop off in the sink, may cause a few sparks later on...

never ever rinse your computer, or computer keyboard. you are asking for trouble. use a very slightly damp paper towel or qtip and wipe carefully. don't drip any water down in the keyboard. remember to turn off computer first. better yet, use a dustbuster or vacuum cleaner if the booger is of the solid variety. otherwise you will short out your computer and crash it for good. in the future, get to the kleenex faster! or maybe take something for your allergies!

I wouldn't suggest running your laptop under water. Get a damp towel and wipe the booger off.
