SILENT HILL... I heard it was good, but I didn't think it was that good. It creeped me out, but I liked it anyway.

A small movie called Cavite. It is an independent movie filmed in the Phillipines. I was recently stationed in the Pacific west, and we had to deal with a lot of the issues brought up in that film, so I could relate. Also, there is this one burrito restaurant the main character goes to in the end that I used to hang frequent when I was going through training in San Diego.

We don't go out to see movies but, we finally figured how to work the D V D player the grand-kids got for us and saw a movie that we have had for more than a year, about horse-racing...what was it,.. OH!....S something. (WE really enjoyed it!) Anyway, the one before that was one with James Garner called ,"Notebook". My bride and I stood up and hugged one another at the end, after tears developed during the show. Now I remember; the horse racing movie was Seabiscuit!

Inside Man - because of the smart villians
Boondock Saints - A few years old, but just a twisted movie.
Office Space - Too funny, regardless of how old it is.
Man on Fire - Sad ending, but fitting. Great character.

The Lake House. It reminded me of a relationship I once had and caused me to reach out and make contact. He is happy but responded and I'm glad for the closure. :)
