Hi, I asked this before but dont think I was specific enough. I had three auctions for collectible items, and a buyer won all three. At the time that they won, they were a member in good standing, but a day later (before I could even send her an invoice) she was suspended. So I waited for four days, tried messaging her but it wouldnt let me. At that point, I got my listing fees back through filing a dispute and relisted them. After all, it's not like I knew how long she would be suspended for. Today, she came back to Ebay saying she was only suspended for ten days (now shes a member in good standing again) and she wants her items. I said no since she was suspended. If she had paid, I would have refunded her money, but I didnt even get to send her an invoice. She insists it was "a legally binding contract!" and that I'm unfair and she wants the items. She is being SUPER argumentative... So who is right and what should I do?

I would think you are right, if she was not in good standing and you could not send her an invoice, what are you supposed to do?? You did the nice thing and tried to contact her. She could have contacted you in the mean time to explain, but she didn't. I wouldn't trust her anyway- who gets suspended from eBay? She must have done something bad. Good luck!

Tell her it was Ebay that decided to give you your relisting fees back, and if she hadn't been suspended that never would have happened. She can always place a new bid on the items and hopefully win, or you can close the auctions early (if there are no bids yet) and let her pay you the previously agreed upon price. Ebay suspends people for things that sometimes have nothing to do with the buyer's credibility, such as an inactive email, so you can't really blame her for being upset. However, since you already relisted the items, the only fair way is either of the above mentioned ways. Good Luck.
