hmmm..well radiation and radioactive substances are used so many ways in industry
both machine and material radiography, like x-rays and gamma cameras, is used to perform non-destructive testing (NDI) of castings, containers, and completed sub assemblies.
back scatter radiation is used to determine spectral type analysis for metals and chemicals.
radiation can be used to measure and provide feedback for the density of materials. used in items like oil, plastics, and bulk materials such as gypsum and even concrete.
radioactive materials, such as thorium, are added to metals to improve their strength or heat releasing qualities.
extremely active radioactive materials, such strontium 90, are used in stand alone long term heat-electric generating processes to provide electricity for devices that are often isolated from normal power sources.
while not industrial, short term isotopes are used in medicine for medical imaging. certain isotopes are often made organ specific by adding them to materials. an example is phosphorus, which is attracted to bones. when injected into a person, it would make the bone structure stand out on the radio graph, and not the rest of the organs.
in short, there are hundreds of unique uses for radiation and radioactive materials that don't involve weapons.

This is a rather vague question - please be more specific in the future.
One use is to use radiation ot sterilize FOOD and Medical products.
Food, if radiated will not spoil, and Medical products would be sterilized completely IN the packages,
