You need a cd burner, which I believe is standard on that system. For the software, I've always had good results with Nero. I'm not fond of the windows cd writing tool as I've had problems with it in the past. I've heard the new version is superior, but I'm comfortable with what I know. For other options, download.com has a fairly wide selection.

Just download Nero Express from the internet and then you can burn your CDs in any PC.
