I have had this re-occurring problem of yeast infections and UTI's. I have been told that the pain is coming from my gallbladder. Gallstones is suppose to be the cause of the pain. Anyone out there with a similar problem. What causes gallstones?

I would ask your doctor about IC. I started having bad pains, cyi, and uti... my doctor told me about Interstitial cystitis.
I would check out the site and read more information on IC.

I am not sure about yeast infections, but if your doctor feels that the problem is caused by gallstones, I would get a gallstone specialist to give secondary advice. I have listed the usual symptoms of gallstones elsewhere, but I will repeat them here for you - see how much of a match it is. But do see a second doctor, or email one form the web, most doctors are very helpful, even if you are not going to be their patient.

Symptoms are:
Moderate to severe pain in the upper part and upper right quadrant of the abdomen. This may be provoked by eating but can occur at any time in many people, including at night time. The pain can last from a few minutes to many hours. The pain can radiate through to the back. The attacks of pain (or “colic”) tend to recur but can sometimes go away for a longer period of time.

Vomiting and Nausea. These may accompany an attack of pain.

Indigestion symptoms, such as nausea, bloating and occasionally abdominal pain. Eating fatty foods may provoke these symptoms . There are other conditions that can mimic these symptoms and that is why you sometimes need to have other tests such as endoscopy to exclude other problems.

When gallstones get stuck in the neck of the gallbladder you experience prolonged severe pain with fever. This condition required urgent medical advice.

If gallstones escape from the gallbladder and pass into the bile duct, the stone may block this duct and cause a condition called pancreatitis, which can be life threatening. Other signs and symptoms of blockage of the bile duct include:
 Jaundice (yellow colouration of the skin and especially the eyes)
 Pale Clay-coloured stools
 Dark urine
 Fever

Not sure why they are attributing lower abdominal pain to gallstones. The usual gallstone pain is up under your ribs. See the wiki page - tells you what causes them etc.

Lower problems are going to mostly be caused by the things lower down in your abdomen or pelvis: ovaries, fallopian tubes, appendix, sigmoid colon, urinary system (bladder infection = cystitis)

You could have both...but a uti can most certainly cause ur vulva to be itchy and irritated. Try to keep urself clean down there, if u have some medicated wipes, that will help with clearing the bacteria from ur vulva which in turn will decrease the intensity of the itch. Cystex should help until u see ur doc, and if the cranberry juice has added sugar, ur better off just drinking loads of water to help wash away the bacteria
