Chill! You still got a lot of time to keep developing yourself. Women breast keep growing till they reach like 17 to 19. I became a full B size on twelve grade! I was 16 by that time. Remember that everyone has a different body and so different growing patterns. In some cases girls develop the bra size that their mothers used to be before they had children.

You're 13, you're no where near done developing. No chest size is necessarily bad, everyone's different and just because you don't develop 34Cs doesn't mean that something's wrong with you.

yeah, your breasts are still going to grow, you're still a young teen, so don't worry. it's not bad at all. your friend's breasts might even grow too big, bigger than her back can handle.
