If you are wanting to get something in a retail store, good luck is all I can tell you. Ouran has not been released outside of Japan just yet.
There are several places that sell anime items that will ship international. I am not exactly sure what kind of items you are looking for though so I cannot send you in a certain direction. Look for an anime store that imports items, not selling domestic items and I am sure they will have something.
I know there are some phonecards out there, and shitajiki or two. There is of course the manga as well.
