your looking @ about 125-150 for the flywheel and about 200 -400 labor(R&R)its real simple if you know anything about under a car 6 bell bolts one mount bolt 4 crossmember bolts 4 driveshaft bolts 4 convertor boltsmight need a buddy hold the flywheel while you use a breaker bar on the flywheel bolts

its like 125 for the flex plate itself, if u know anything about cars, i would do it myself, because thats about 500 in labor.
