Yes I do. I think good people are so intimidated by bad people that they ignore problems, and that causes the problems to spread. I used to live in a part of town that was considered clean and no trouble. Now that area is over run with gang activity, and is becoming trashy looking. It's a shame.

When two legged snakes move into neighborhoods they envenomate simple-minded humans with stupidity! In turn, those simpletons spread their moronicity until stupidity outnumbers sanity! So, my answer to your question is - YES, bad neighborhoods are, and will always be contagious, until all two legged snakes on Earth are destroyed!

Not necessarily contagious, but, sort of like the 'ring' around the bath-tub. The residue, seems to affect the new batch, that moves in, and the 'cycle', begins.

Hell yeah, it's just like strep throat! Once you start kissing each other, it's all over! Neighbors need to keep their distance! lol
