I just don't get it, we have a choice so why do we let him do this to us?

If you are not a Christian, and serving Gods you are serving Satan.
You must be born again, Accept Christ as your personal Savior, Just ask Him to Come into your heart and save you. then Receive the blessing and let the Holly Spirit Guide you.Remember Jesus said" he is the prince if the world"
But it doesn't have to be your world. If you fall ask for for forgiveness, mean it, and turn from what ever sin you were doing.

Sorry, the devil does not control me. I believe in God and I try hard to be a good person. I don't always succeed but I try and I ask forgiveness when I fail.
I control myself, if I do good it's because I am trying to be good because I believe in God but it is not God controlling me so if I do bad, why would it be the devil controlling me?
We can blame the devil or our neighbour or our peers but in the end, we have to take the responsibility for our actions, we control ourselves.

You said it. We have a choice. We are the ones who choose to do the things we do. The Devil doesn't make you do things. The Devil just provides you with the temptation.

Dear fellow Christian. The devil don't control you. He just tempts you and honestly, we all make mistakes sometimes. Even if you've killed somebody, it doesn't mean you're being controlled! You might go to jail for life, bu hey, God still loves you.

the devil dosen't control anyone. the devil just gives people other options (most of which are bad) and the person decides which way to go.

Are you speaking from personal experience? Has the devil controlled you? I can say for certain he has not controlled me. Tempted me, yes, but not controlled.
