It depends, was she really talking about God? If not I would say you have a problem and you need to talk to her!

I would say that a pretty good way to know if there's something wrong is if she always talks really low or stops talking altogether when you walk in the room when she's talking to this guy. I have had a couple of guy friends that I talked to about nothing but just things going on in life, but I wasn't afraid to talk in front of my boyfriend because I had nothing to hide. If she's hiding something, she'll act weird when you're around while she's talking to this guy.

A married couple should be communicating with each other sincerely and honestly. Looks like you are not doing so. Do it and you won't have to wonder anymore!
