Yes. From someone who is emmigrating to another country, the sponsor in the country signs off on a 3-5 year commitment to take care of them financially. So even if she comes here, you spend 5 days together and decide, it's all 'off'. You MUST legally pay for her and her expenses for the next 3-5 years!!! Think about it. Absolutely, unequivocally get a pre-nup.

but keep in mind if you bring her to the USA
you will be signing a contract with the goverment that you cannot escape that basically guarantess that in the event of divorce and she goes on welfare, you end up paying that..
so be REAL careful when marrying any Chinese women
many are anxious to get over here, divorce you and dissappear back into the local Chinese comunity where there is financial oppoturnity for her to get ahead in life
