Paul Maguire does have an interesting way with the English language, but what he says usually makes sense.
He was a combination linebacker and kicker/punter for the old AFL San Diego Chargers.
When he says "it looks like every part of his body is moving..." he means that the funner is moving arms and legs and his head in different directions (juking).

I don't know any sports announcer that hasn't made at least a couple of jackass comments now and then. I love Uncle Paulie - I think he's better than most of the other announcers.

I like Paul, but he is not in the top 90% of color commentators.
