NO SUGGESTIONS I AM TIRED TO GIVE THE SUGGESTIONS TO SUCH TYPE OF GUYS. BUT NOW NO MORE SUGGESTIONS ,YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. IF YOU CANNOT FORGET LOVE.

Do yourself and her a favor and make sure your ready first. Make sure your proposal is romantic or special in some way so that it will always be a special moment for the two of you. You could go all out public with it by hiring a small plane to flyover with your proposal on a banner, take out a large ad in your local paper ,etc. Or you could keep it simple and slip the ring into a champagne or wine glass or dessert during a romantic dinner or while taking a stroll in the moonlight or sunrise. The first thing you must be is yourself and show confidance.
Take the fine young woman out for a dinner and have a nice time.
Make a plan for a nice walk or some private time. Show her she is valued and really, a princess.
Have some flowers ready and make your proposal. Dont beg her, ask her in a way that shows you will be the man who will look out for her and honor her forever.

I hope this isn't after the first date, because there will just be problems going forward.
But if you've been dating over 5 years, then I suggest you get down on one knee and present her the ring as you ask her in her favorite place.
Try not acting nervous, because they can always tell that you're up to something.

First, go back to tradition and ask her parents for their blessing. Then get down on one knee in your favorite public place and take her hand and ask, using your own words(from the heart)

Say to her, what u felt abt her, how much u love her, how much u cherish her closeness to you, how much u love those moments u spent with her and..............

carve it in a tree
write it in the sand
have her find a message in a bottle
have her come across the ring in an ordinary or random spot
wake her up really early in the morning
involve it somehow in your favorite activity to do together

take to where you first meet and have her parents meet you their and then ask her get down on one knee and ask her to marry you or you could take her on vacation like on a cruise or somewhere she is dying to go no matter how you do it she will remember for the rest of her life good luck

Take her somewhere she loves~ maybe a walk on the beach, somewhere romantic. then kneel and ask her to marry you: " ___(her name), will you marry me?" hope everything works out ok!!
