Not just puerto ricans do that. Haven't you seen those 14/15 year old american girls talkin' on their phone 24/7? I swear my brother acts just like a girl, and he's like 17 and he spend more time on his damn cell phone in one day, then I do in one year. And no it's not cause ya think I don't have any friends, I have tons of friends. It's cause it's pathetic to just be on the phone and sit there and say absalutly nothin' or about stupid stuff like, "so what are you gonna be wearing tomorrow?", "oh my god did you see what susie was wearin' today?" and all of those poitless gossip crap.

Go to any mall in the US and look at the number of folks with cell phones hanging off the side of their head.
Then check out Puerto Rico. My money is on the domestics to win the excess phone usage contest.
