Contact authorities immediately. I had CPS involved too and actually wrote it into my divorce decree - no drinking for 24 hours prior to having kids and no alcohol w/kids present. You suspect it? Get the cops on it asap to get him tested. They are YOUR kids - your treasures - the people you LOVE most in this world - protect them!!! You are their ONLY protector who would love them enough to go through the hassel. Believe me - been there. They will appreciate all that you do for them because if anything happend to them, you would be utterly devastated for the rest of your life. And even if you could live through it, it would be in your mind until you die.

Have you seen a lawyer? If you can't trust him don't let him have children without supervision by someone you can trust, but you might need a court order for that. Check with CPS about supervised visitation. Good Luck and keep the kids interests and safety foremost in your mind at all times.

Tell him to get help for his drinking. He has a problem if he took his 3 young children for the day when he had already been drinking. That was a stupid move. You need to protect your kids even if that means from their father. If he won't get help for himself you might have to take drastic measures for the children's sake. Good Luck!!

Report the incident to your case worker and either have visitation revoked or with some sort of court appointed supervision. He should not be drinking around your children. Good luck.

What an ***. He's only thinking of himself if he's drinking while out with them. I'd refuse to let him have the kids until something can be done. You have to protect your children.

Try to talk civily with your ex, and then if you think it will happen again report it and take action to ensure your children are safe but beware of making false statements to the courts in these instances my ex wife spent time in jail for making false claims but i had custody of the kids!!!!! good luck!

its dificult to discourage the relationship your children have with their father. but never the less it is a bad situation to put them in if he is drinking.. use your best judgement if you are afraid for the safty of your children don't send them next time and document the ocation for the cps.

Report it to the courts, you have a legal right to not release the kids to him if you suspect he has been drinking.

File for custody. Go to court and tell the judge that he is endangering the children.

Do not let him have the kids anymore.
Do you trust him with your Children if he drinks like this?
You had to ASK?
I do not trust drunk ex-husbands with my kids.
I hope you do not either.
