Sorry to hear that. Just a few ideas:
-Call and e-mail people back home. It's not the same as being home of course, but it can help.
-Try to do as much as you can to make wherever you are now as homelike as possible: make new friends, get involved in activities you like, etc.
-Exercise frequently. Experts say that exercise is one of the best ways to fight depression. When you exercise you release endorphins, your body's natural happy drug. (I know that seems a strange and even sometimes insensitive suggestion, but it really does work)
Also, you can check out some of these websites: http://www.counselling.cam.ac.uk/hsick.html

As far as the death part goes, I'm not sure I have much that is really helpful to say.

Is any component to that undesirable feeling be apologetic approximately for some issues you're transforming into mentioned which you mustn't have? (you may desire to be vast and fess up and ask for forgiveness to the determine instruments for any questionable content...that would desire to bypass an prolonged way in the direction of clearing the air AND making you sense extra suited...it fairly is the mature element to do). Then, of direction, my next question is...while you're banned from the internet, how are you posting right here? in simple terms remember that your mothers and fathers are not enemies...they love you very plenty and in simple terms prefer to guard you. So no count if or not they might desire to or not isn't the element - the point is what concerns. additionally, the internet might nicely be very addicting...there are a number of articles on cyber web habit and the full new slew of pyschological issues that each and all of the cyber time (and if we're not online then ppl are utilising iphones or enjoying xbox 360's, etc.) is inflicting. Like many of the different posts say...UNPLUG and breathe some clean air and placed your palms on some genuine worldwide gadgets...floor your self returned. Reconnect with that relatives that does love you and particular misses you ;oP

I'm sorry if someone you knew passed away. I hope you get to feeling better. There isn't much to do when things like this happen other then go thur it and take one day at a time. Try to keep in touch by phone with your family and friends until you can get back home. That helps some.

I get that way, I think you should just cry it out. Tomorrow go for a walk, enjoy the sun. Talk to everyone you see. Get some friends to help you through it. Talk it out. Go home, blast the music, and dance.
what about getting a pet, like a kitten, or dog, or do what I do, go shopping for cute clothes, and good smelling moisturizer, or a facial, and get pretty, or go to the grocery store and get lots of food, and bake cakes, or cookies, and have a friend over for coffee, or tea. It makes me feel better, or get some pizza, potato chips and coke and get a romantic movie.

If you use the site YouTube, you can probably find some BBC shows you enjoy - at least clips of them.
Or look for MTV/MTV2 and watch a show such as Viva La Bam or even Jackass. They might be a decent form of escapism or laughter since it's rather funny to see people punishing their bodies for television.
