Step up to the plate and show her what you got. No guts, no glory and no loving. She is looking for you to make the first move. If you strike out, at least you tried. Most women can make it very clear if they are not interested.
Your best bet is to listen to the answers from other women, they know what time it is.

So she likes you, but she doesn't think you know about it? Definitely ask her. She is just afraid that you will find out and NOT be interested in her. As long as you're not going to laugh in her face - she will be happy if you approach her.
