why does everyone hate hollister/ abercrombie so much? i think theyre clothes are really cute.. who else out there likes hollister/ a&f?

People who hate it hate it bcause they think it is to expensive or dont want to be like everyone else. Actually its not that expensive becuz u just got to go to the back of the store and lokk at clearence and u can get t-shirts for 9.90 and jeans for like 20 od 30 which isn't that becuz theyre good jeans. but the people who pay are crazy. and as for everyone else having them it does get kinda of annoying butoh well

I like both Hollister and A&F. Everyone having the same article of clothing as me isn't a factor as where I live there is no Hollister or A&F. I shop online and I can honestly say barely anyone here even wears either of these brands. I think both of these stores have many cute items yet some of their items tend to be not so cute as well. It all depends, sometimes they have good items in stock and sometimes they have ugly items in stock. ;) Either way... I'm always going to keep my mind open to new clothing stores and never will I obsess over one certain brand.

I hate hollister so much because they are targeted to the younger generation too much.. They have changed their sizes so much that you have to go by a different size when you are in the stores.. I normally wear a size 4.. I am very muscular.. In Hollister, I wear a size 7... what does that tell you?
Plus, if you buy something in their store, there will be 100 people at school or work that have the same thing!!!! Who wants to dress like twins?

not everyone hates hollister and abercrombie, its not about ur figure or the money (like some ppl said in their answer) its just not some ppls style, ppl who like thoes stores probably wont like a store like hott topic. im no model or n e thing but i do have some what of a good figure, and i just dont like the clothes (and i do have the money if i wanted to buy clothes there) i think some things are cute, but not everything...some things are just too skanky for my taste. i dont really like the guys clothes tho, i need to see my man, in somethin manly and strong looking, not some little middle school prep outfit. i perfer a store like Forever 21.

i have no idea why though, but i like hollister. people who hate hollister, also hate A&F. well obviously its because they're both the same place, and i believe hollister is owned by a& f.

I am glad you asked! I just checked out Holisters line of sweaters and I found them to be rather frumpy with little to no style! I didn't know that EVERYONE hated Holister, but if they do I can certainly sympathise!

I LOVE hollister they always have the cutest clothes and i always buy something whn i go in the store especially bras!!

Because preppy girls shop there, i don't HATE them, but i am poor, so to me their clothes are way overpriced. 80 bucks for a pair of jeans? No... i.ll stick with my 20 dollar jeans from old navy.

I Think they are all cute also....i think they are just jealous of the ppl that go shopping there because they have money to buy things and they dont and so they are like omg why do ppl have to have designer clothes!!!! but they are wonderful! and adorable even tho i dont shop at any of them i still like them.
