They are both talented since they are both real artists. But this is an opinion question, so I'm going to have to say Usher. I like his songs better. Chris Brown is cool. Usher is cool. I'll say Usher though.

USHER all the way. No one compares. He's a better singer, dancer, and overall performer. Chris Brown is just a child and hasn't been around long enough to go up against the legendary Usher! C'mon now! haha.
