Probably, but if it's just a mild cold why risk it? Drink lots of orange juice, and load up on the chicken noodle soup and garlic. Rest, then rest some more, and after that have a little rest! :)

The best thing to do for a mild cold is drink 8oz glass of water every 10 minutes for 1 hour. It will help a lot in cleansing the virus from your body, also garlic and vitamin C. Tylenol really will only treat the symptom and is not good for you, but will not hurt the baby if it's all you are interested in doing. Just take a small amount.

I came down with the flu while I was pregnant and I took Tylenol to help me get through it. As long as you take no more than the amount described, it'll be OK but do check with your doctor first.

You can take REGULAR tylenol while pregnant. Don't take any cold medicine though... no tylenol cold either.

But, regular tylenol will NOT help with a cold... so your best just to sleep it off if you can........ and sleeping is great... I'm 7 months pregnant... I would LOVE to sleep!!!

No. Best not to take anything. Just tea and chicken soup and lots of water and rest. Tylenol and others like it are not good even if you weren't pregnant. Those drugs are very hard on the kidneys and liver.
