Yes, for the TEACHERS !! I teach Jr. High and last year while trying to break up a fight (between 2 girls because one of them had looked at the other girls boyfriend *sheesh*) I ended up getting punched in the wrist and damaging the nerve to my thumb.

You can have personal body guards, if you can afford to pay them.
Everybody cannot do this.
