Back in the day it was a game called Hard Drivin'. It was an arcade game that actually had realistic force feedback on the wheel and even had a stick shift and a clutch. Even the pedals felt real. It was very cool. But we are talking about 16 years ago, I'm sure there has been some better stuff since then. Even though the graphics were not even PS2 quality the machine made it a good simulation, which was what you asked.

i know 1 it's not really THAT fun but it's a simulation driver's ed game that teaches u 2 drive and its funny. try it out:
