Microphone, Sound/Noise Level Meter and Sound Recorder, these r da devices dat run on sound so can any1 tell me how do these devices hear/feel da sounds of da surrounding i mean how do they get it.???????????????

The microphone is the part that "hears" the sound. The other devices all have microphones. While there are many types of microphones, they all are based on the principle that sound waves will cause a very light piece of material to vibrate. If the material is small and light enough, its motion will follow the pressure in the sound wave. Then some means of sensing that motion is used. The material could be connected to a small coil that moves along with the vibrations, and a magnet around the coil causes electricity to flow in the coil, and that is amplified by amplifiers. That is just one example.
