Well, I had no idea. Being straight, I don't spend much time in West Hollywood. But it sounded like a challenge to find out.

So, I went to maps.a9.com (which offers ground-level photos of streets) and zoomed into that corner. Other than the Beverly Center mall, the only other sign I could see in the photos was one reading "Don't Panic!" store. So I googled "Don't Panic. West Hollywood T-shirt" and came up with this:

They have their own website (at http://www.dontpanic.com )and indeed do seem to specialize in t-shirts. Hope that's what you were looking for.
