The Oxford English Dictionary defines "child" as "A young person of either sex below the age of puberty; a boy or girl." Since puberty typically occurs primarily between the ages of 12-15, anyone over 19 who is still a "child" has bigger problems tha watching sex videos. Anyone over 17 can watch any video they want, and I see no reason that should change.
Being 19 myself, I resent being called a child.

1) If one is 19, he is an adult, not a child.
2) They should be allowed to watch sex videos, even from a younger age. Allowed but not encouraged.

A 19 year old is not a child. People who are 17 and above should be allowed to watch whatever they want to watch.

by most state laws if you're 18 or over you are legally considered an adult and view adult content. If you're 19 you're not a child.
