Who told you that things were supposed to be fair?

All wages in the USA are not only unfair, but insane! Who can afford to support themselves on minimum wage? You can't even afford an apartment on the wages let alone buy food and pay utilities.

Inflation keeps going up, but minimum wage stays the same.

No, if they don't have the education then they shouldn't be paid the big bucks. Everyone at some point in their lives makes "youth"wages..then they hopefully continue on with schooling to get out of that wage bracket

No, I won't do your homework for you. But I do think youth wages are fair because the people who earn them are just learning their jobs. Why should they get the same wages as an experienced worker who knows what s/he is doing?

Yes. Teens (espcially in restaurants) get paid less than their elder co-workers for doing th same job. I'm just not going to answer w/ 600 words.
