Neither. There are good and bad people in both parties. Both parties have beliefs that are good and bad. And some issues that they argue about aren't really good or bad, just different.

I think we should do away with parties and labels all together.
It should be how you feel about the issue not a preset list of guidelines,
We have let the goverment become such a mess that the parties are the least of the problems.
