I've had these dry, white patches on my face ever since I hit puberty. They ruin my complexion and concealer doesn't help. Even the doctor doesn't know what it is. Can anybody tell me what it is, what to do about it and have you guys had it before?

sounds like it could be eczema, ask your doctor about it but until then get some really good rich cream and use it at night before you go to bed

Sounds like dry skin, Just wash your face with antibacterial soap and rinse with hot and then cold water, then apply aloe vera,
then concealer. U should be better in a day or 2
