Libertarianism is a political model that calls for minimal government, maximum personal liberties, and personal accountability.

Anarchy is an anti-political model that opposes all government, in the name of maximum personal liberties.

The key difference is that a Libertarian believes in the rule of law, and believes in enforcing and protecting the legal rights of individuals. Libertarians just want to do it efficiently, and with the minimal governmental overhead possible.
