just buy one! do you really think someone on here is just gonna hand you over a free laptop? if you want a cheap one, get one like Acer...they even look good...they're just cheap and not-so-reliable :)

If you are truly desperate, then try one of those "Free" whatever-it-is-your-looking-for sites. Xbox, Playstation, digital camera, pc's... I've heard people say they work, but you have to jump through some hoops to get the goods. Personally, I wouldn't do it, but then again, I don't have anything that I feel I need so badly that I'd ask the general public to give it to me.

Get a job and buy one. That's what I did when I was in school. Yahoo isn't a place to beg people for free laptops.
