delete your internet history.

Assuming you have internet Explorer, go to Tool Bar on top and:
-Click on TOOLS
-Then, INTERNET OPTIONS
-Then CONTENT and click in AUTO COMPLETE button.
-Click on CLEAR FORMS button
That will clear all the words that you have entered in Search Fields and that sort of thing.
To get rid of the addresses (History), go again to your Tool Bar and click again in:
TOOLS
INTERNET OPTIONS
Under GENERAL tab click DELETE COOKIES, DELETE FILES and CLEAR HISTORY (give a few minutes in between)
Do this as often as you need and be careful with the places you visit and the viruses out there.

Using IE its Tools>Internet Options>General tab, clear the history. Using Firefox its Tools>Options>Privacy tab, clear the history.
And don't forget to wash your hands!
