No bars/clubs. We already go to church and the neighborhood we live in is full of older people over 45. We really need a friend and was wondering if anyone knows a goo dplace to meet one around akron,oh.

Look into theater ushering, volunteer at golf tournaments, join a service club, look up volunteer opportunities in areas of your interest.

Hi. I live in Akron - actually Cuyahoga Falls. I don't go to bars/clubs either. Actually, I'm relatively new too. (been here about a year). Not sure what age range you're in. I'm 30. Anyway, welcome to the neighborhood.

Take a class in something you are interested in.
Join a bowling league.
Work out at the local community center
