First, the poster violated the Terms of Service, by asking people to violate Federal Copyright law.

Second, the post was not a true question, and that is a violation of the Community Guidelines.

Either one of these is good reason for Yahoo to delete the question. You may be seeing a line on the Oops page that claims the user deleted the question, but that's a default. The page ALWAYS says that, no matter who deleted the question.
