If your bags are caused by dehydration it will. When you dont get enough water this is one of the first places you see it. However if they are caused by lack of sleep then your best bet is to get some rest. Also some peoples eye bags are just plain just age and genetics.

No, I have never heard of that one. Put tea bags on them and lay down, or cucumbers works, that is beauty treatments, but sometimes it is a medical problem, so you may want to go to the doctor, if none of the home remedy does not work.

no I dont thinks so..I think maybe some good ole rest will get it for you..and try a couple of cucumbers slices over the eyes and a 20 minute soak in the tub with some bubbles in the bath and just relax--- child..take it easy...
do the three R's
Rest ...Relaxation and Recreation...

i dont know about bags but that helps dark circles. for bags i use either cucumber, tea bags, or raw potato. but for dark circles anything cold will help, i put a metal spoon in the freezer for a while then just place it over my eyes for a few seconds. it really does help

No. Only an operation can make the eyebags go. Some says the use of cocumber will help.

i guess it could. drinking water is supposed to be really good for your skin in general, so i bet it helps
