try clean and clear daily pore cleanser. it's not filled with harsh chemicals that can hurt rather than help your skin. it also has "micro-scrubbers" in it to gently exfoliate. this should reduce the size of pores as well as even out bumpy skin. it's only about $3 at wal-mart.

I had a huge problem with my skin from the time I was about 12 to 19.. I tried and used nearly every product on the market.. The best so far for me (the ones I use now) are the Clinique 3 step system and Cetaphil. Cetaphil is a really mild and cleansing wash and costs under 5 dollars.. I really recommend it and it doesn't dry out your skin. My skin has done a near 360 turn around.. I think it's also partially due to growing up. Good luck!

Sound like you a dehydration problem with your skin. That is why you have bumps and enlarger pores. You don't want to be using products that are purifying( for oily skin). This will dry you out.
The inexpensive route is to use spectral gel cleanser and complex 23. I suggest that you get a cleanser, toner and a moisture. I cleanser will help with remove any pollutants. Double cleanse your face twice to ensure you have cleanse properly. A toner will help with the pH balance of your skin, hydrate the skin and prep the skin for the moisture. The moisture will help with pollutants and restore the pH balance of the skin. You also you a scrub on your skin. This will help with the congestion that you have and will help your products to penetrate.
If you want to spend a little more money Dermalogica is a great product line. I would go with the Special cleansing gel. skin soothing spray or mulit-active toner, skin prep scrub, and either the active moist or the skin smoothing moisture.
You can get a skin kit that will cost $25.00 off of eBay. I suggest the combine skin kit.
