Myrtle Beach. It is cheaper, and the water is warmer. The year before last, I met a gal from Cape Cod when vacationing in Myrtle. She said it is cold alot of the time at Cape Cod. Alot of the time it feels like winter. Not that it isn't scenic. She also said it was very expensive there. And this lady vacations in Myrtle Beach every year!

Myrtle Beach. I've been there. The downtown area is lined with restaurants, shops, and fun stuff. In the beach area, at night, there is a pier that has shows, little food shops, and stuff. You can do some good fishing off of the pier too.

Cape Cod, to go see the bluffs, deep sea fishing, maybe whale watching. A lot of beautiful scenery, and Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Block Island are boat rides away. I love it up there.
