Just install what's termed "language packs".

If the other end is technically careful, the rest is automatic. I can have computer outputs of almost any language on Earth, of course I can only speak one language in real world other than English.

If the other end makes a technical mistake and garbage outpuut result, find an option of Language Encoding and force the machine to interprete the text as another language.

um....
search the web or ask your dad or mom and see if they have the answer. maybe even your friends.!
wait../ how old are you? ask your high school friends or college friends ect.
one of them should have the answer to your question. oh, and on the subject about receiving emails without the sender's name, don't reply them!!! tell your mom and dad!!! THAT IS SOOOOO IMPORTANT TO ME!!! do that ASAP. the sooner you do that, the you won't be in big danger. i know, why i am saying danger?
( there are bad people out there! ) they got your email address from somewhere or maybe you left in on the table one day while you were at a restaurant or something? i am serious! i am trying to save people from danger here! ( the schools have the caring, responsibility and other things on the walls. you might think that they are just rules that you have to follow at school, they are rules that you have to follow at all times! now that i think about it, i think that it is true! before, i thought that they were just silly rules but, now i understand! please follow those rules! please don't replay those emails!!!
