so i go to a school where we dont have a uniform, but guidlines. the giudelines Are:
NO PANTS OR SHORTS, only skirts that cover then knee, shirts with sleeves that cover the elbow, no cleavage, no stomachs sticking out, no heels, must wear sox,
any suggestions on how to make some cute outfits with these restrictions? pleas ebe veery specific.thnx!

skirts that have more of a flare like a 50s circle skirt--kinda.
Are tights aloud. Those certainly look a whole lot cooler than sox.
Three-quarter length sleeves are very flattering, and with layers being so in style this allows hot tops on top of non revealing shirts--let the cut itself make the mind wander.
Also try more fitted skirts. Have you ever seen Grease?
Flat shoes are really awesome and come in a lot of hot varieties check DELIAH or ALLOY.
It sounds pretty strict, but a fashionista can ALWAYS find a way.

wow. hate those. go to Forever 21. i just got a cute black and white skirt there (they have smaller sizes too) and a red half length (comes just below elbows) top, or plain skirt, and cute blank top with sweater and necklace maybe a bracelet too! You'll be the new stlye-gewroo!!!

socks look bad with skirts almost all of the time, try getting those knee high stocking-socks. as for skirts get some nice flowy handkerchief skirts they go with anything
