Most women are nervous with their first child, even when it isn't twins. My cousin is having twins, she is due in about a month, she was scared also when she found out. I also have a friend who has twins. They both said they stressed and were scared silly for about two months after they found out, then they calmed down and started to get excited, then got a little nervous and again towards the end of the pregnancy. Just try to calm down and think of it like this, almost every little girl dreams of having twins, you actually get to. Two babies at once, that means one less pregnancy and delivery, the babies will always have someone to play with.
Take a deep breath and then try to relax a little.

I'm 60 and my twin brother is too. Our mom is still alive. So, calm down. Twins are not as bad as the Black Plague.
They are not a picnic. You are going to have to do twice as much in the way of diapers and so forth. Prepare yourself mentally.
Don't name them "Fred and Ed" or "Larry and Gary" or anything else that rhymes. "Tom and Ted' or "Robert and Richard" or "Neville and Alphonse" - just not rhyming names.
Write their names in their shirts instead of always buying blue for one and yellow for the other; that or get them used to sharing clothes from the time they are old enough to talk.
Tell all of your friends and relatives that they have different personalities, interests and desires, so when it comes time for buying birthday presents, they should spend about the same on each one, but they don't have to buy EXACTLY THE SAME THING for each one. One may be really happy with a first baseman's glove and the other with a book.

you're extraordinarily bloated is what that is. you're not any more "showing" at this level as your uterus continues to be in the back of your pelvic bone(even in next pregnancies it does no longer be a lot larger than typical at this element) and your toddler/toddlers are not even the size(s) of a seed yet. So that is both bloat or water retention at this level. Plus having terrible morning ailment would not recommend some thing in connection with the type of toddlers you're wearing. both my pregnancies were singletons and that i replaced into ill all day with them. as a lot as week 15 with my son and that i'm at present (basically about)35 weeks with my daughter and nevertheless am ill on party. Being drained and having again soreness are basically indications of any being pregnant as well. no longer some thing there that exhibits twins.

Take it one day at a time. If you look at the big picture it is very scary. Talk to your dr about your fears also.
